We currently have an opening for a Software Support Technician. This position is responsible for providing remote software and communication support to more than 6000 customers world wide. The Software Support Specialist will work in a help desk environment using remote control software and communication skills along with other software tools to remotely assist customers with questions and issues regarding our software products that we have created and developed.

The company was established in 1981 by two veterinarians and has grown to a company of more than thirty four employees and customers in more than 34 countries. Our software packages improve company profitability by organizing data, generating action lists and providing advanced statistics and graphical support for decision making.
Job Duties:
Working remotely with end users, in a help desk environment, to troubleshoot issues involving our software products.
Providing Superior customer service to our thousands of customers
Requirements:
Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of customers with different skill sets.
Self motivated to learn new technologies
Basic knowledge of Windows 2000/XP/Vista environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferences:
Agricultural experience
Bilingual English / Spanish
Basic computer skills
Prior software support experience
College education
